Pricing & billing questions
How does pricing work?
Simple itemized billing: pallet storage per month, receiving and putaway per item, handling operations (relabeling, repackaging, inspection) per item, and direct-to-consumer fulfillment per order. Shipping is billed at carrier rates. Request a quote and we'll price your exact product mix.
Is my inventory covered if something is lost or damaged?
Liability for loss or damage, and how claims are handled, are set out clearly in the service agreement — we walk through every clause with you before you sign, so there are no surprises.
Do standard and oversized items cost the same?
Handling has two tiers, split at 3 lb actual or dimensional weight (L×W×H in inches ÷ 139). Most electronics and small consumer goods fall in the standard tier.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No minimum order volume. Storage and handling are pay-as-you-go, so costs scale with your actual activity.
What about custom or bulk work?
Bulk inspection and other large one-off projects are quoted case by case — tell us the scope and we'll come back with a plan and a price.
